Optimize Memory on OpsMgr Database Server

Any suggestions on the best way to optimize memory on a Windows server 2003 EE 64-bit server running SQL 2005 x64 with 32GB RAM?

I want to make sure OpsMgr and SQL are maximizing the use of the large amount of RAM I have in the server. I have "Lock pages in memory" enabled, and my page file is on C and is set to "system managed". I've also noticed that the "sqlservr" process generally runs pretty high for a good portion of the day, then drops back down to a normal percentage.. and not quite sure why that is. Does anyone know of any other SQL/Windows/OpsMgr tweaks I could use to boost performance
