I require help to monitor Dell Servers. Do not know why some Dell servers can be monitored and some cannot. Do not think that updating firmware or Openmanage Server administrator solve the monitoring problem as some Dell servers that I have can be monitored using older version of Openmanage with non-updated firmware.
